Slamdot's state-of-the-art servers are located in the SoftLayer datacenter near Dallas, Texas. Our RAID servers are production-grade, rack-mounted powerhouses, with at least 2 GB of RAM. Automated nightly backups ensure that your data remains safe. Your Slamdot account and all server communication is SSL encrypted over a private network. We take security and performance just as seriously as the interface.

What support is included?
We have an extensive help site and ticket support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office and support team are located right here in Tennessee. We do not offer telephone support due to the technical nature of web hosting, however you can email us at support@slamdot.com.
