Review text: I got an account with these guys because my site had a lot of subdomains, and they promised me support for it.

The key operative word here being 'promised'

Then my UBB software hogging up resources. Fine, suspend me, and let me know. Instead my data got wiped out. And since UBB was completely file-based, that means my entire site's post archive went down the toilet.
